Sent flowers to a sick individual from the website on July 20, found out on Aug 11 from the person that no flowers were delivered. They canceled it and never told me (4.3) miles away was outside of their delivery area. SOOO unprofessional to not let the customer know.

I ordered online and wasnt paying attention and sent to myself. Very upset after realized what did. I contacted the owner on a sunday and she was very pleasant and helpful. She was very caring and understanding and said she would het it corrected. The plant arrived in time to the service and it was beautiful. I would recommend them to anyone and will use again if need there services.
